A reimagined Eau Claire Plaza has officially opened! The public space, located in the heart of Calgary, was designed for year-round gathering, play, and celebration. Designed by DIALOG, the plaza now features an urban beach, misting fog, flexible festival space.
“This is a place for neighbours, Calgarians and visitors alike,” says the DIALOG team.
The new design retains the Olympic rings, incorporates Indigenous-informed design principles, and sets a new standard for inclusive, resilient civic spaces in Calgary.
