Kingsley Square, designed by our client Kohn Partnership Architects, was profiled in the National Post for its impact on Newmarket’s urban growth and its focus on sustainable, community-oriented design.
As pictured above, each suite features 9-ft ceilings, private balconies, quartz countertops, soaker tubs, and frameless glass showers, offering a modern and comfortable living space. The development also incorporates several outdoor and eco-friendly elements, including a landscaped rooftop terrace with seating and BBQs, a dedicated dog walk area, and a green roof to support sustainability.
The project also includes a landscaped courtyard designed by Adesso Design, which will connect to the new Hollingsworth Park. Kingsley Square is set for completion in winter 2026.
