As demand for healthcare workers continues to grow across Ontario, Niagara College is expanding its Applied Health Institute with a new mass timber addition, designed by Montgomery Sisam Architects, to meet rising enrolment in Welland, Ontario.

Currently under construction, the two-storey, 75,000-square-foot facility brings together new clinics and learning environments for the College’s growing health programs, framed by a public plaza, courtyard, and a more prominent and welcoming public-facing entrance.
