Breakthrough Autism has been working with children with autism and their families in the Greater Toronto Area and across Ontario since 1998. Known for its comprehensive and customized programs and for providing strategies and tools to enable children and families to manage issues associated with autism, Breakthrough Autism wanted to build on its successes and grow its reputation through clear messaging and branding.
A strategy process served to refine the overall positioning and key messaging, visual identity and a set of graphic standards to guide the development of a consistent look and feel for all aspects of the communications program. A key component of the plan was to rewrite and redesign the website to enhance functionality, creating a content management system (CMS) for easy updating and adaptive design processes to optimize the web presence on all platforms, including mobile and tablet.
