In addition, it has strategically procured thought leadership opportunities for Flat Iron, celebrating the vision and impact of its leadership on platforms such as Bisnow and the Interior Design Show, ultimately leading to the nomination of its President, Julie Phillips, for multiple industry awards. As a result of these efforts, Phillips was named ‘Leader of the Year’ at Bisnow’s 2023 Toronto Women Leading Real Estate Celebration, an annual recognition of the women who are making notable impacts and driving the regional commercial real estate industry forward.
