Office environments are being revitalized to draw people back to the workplace, and Berczy Square’s newly-opened lobby is one example of this shift.
Designed by DIALOG for GWL Realty Advisors, the project repositions Toronto’s only atrium-style downtown lobby as a destination for gathering, connection, and pause throughout the workday.
Inspired by natural landscapes, the redesigned space features seating integrated around trees and a reflecting pond, communal gathering areas, immersive digital art, and natural materials intended to support both productivity and relaxation.
