CBC News recently profiled 35 Bellevue Avenue, a project designed by our client Montgomery Sisam Architects.
As part of Toronto’s Rapid Housing Initiative Phase 3, the project exemplifies how thoughtful architecture, sustainable building practices, and robust support services can work together to break the cycle of homelessness.
Designed by Montgomery Sisam Architects, the building integrates wraparound services, including health care, employment, education, and meals, creating the conditions for lasting housing stability.
With mass timber prefabrication, a green roof, and solar panels, it also sets a high bar for sustainable, scalable development.
